{"id":13488,"date":"2022-06-02T18:30:37","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T16:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dobermandan.com\/blog\/?p=13488"},"modified":"2022-06-02T18:30:37","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T16:30:37","slug":"my-conversation-with-a-famous-infomercial-marketer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dobermandan.com\/blog\/my-conversation-with-a-famous-infomercial-marketer\/","title":{"rendered":"My conversation with a famous infomercial marketer&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m lucky to count the infomercial legend Brad Richdale as a close friend.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, he touched base with me just a few hours ago.<\/p>\n<p>Gave me some ideas that should make a <em>whooooooole<\/em> lotta loot.<\/p>\n<p>I expressed one of my big frustrations with him about my market&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>All the people who buy my stuff but never, ever <em>implement<\/em> anything.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brad assured me that\u2019s normal. People who are true doers are as rare as hen\u2019s teeth.<\/p>\n<p>It frustrates me because I should have <em>sooooooo<\/em> many more testimonials than I do. But the reality these days is this:<\/p>\n<p>In my market, you\u2019re lucky to get 5 to 10% of your buyers to actually take action and implement your materials, instruction, coaching, etc.<\/p>\n<p>It used to be 80\/20&#8230; but those days are long gone. These days it\u2019s 90\/10&#8230; or closer to 95\/5.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, it\u2019s worse than I\u2019ve ever seen it in my 30+ year years as a serial \u201cbootstrap\u201d entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing I <em>still<\/em> can\u2019t wrap my head around is this:<\/p>\n<p>When I started my first successful mail order business in the early 90s, I had less than 3 percent of the info available that my knights in the Marketing Camelot have access to.<\/p>\n<p>Heck, I even offer to personally answer their questions. I would have given parts of my anatomy for an opportunity like that when I was first starting out!<\/p>\n<p>So explain <em>this<\/em> to me:<\/p>\n<p>How can one person take that info, use it to create a business or grow an existing one&#8230; and get totally flush with cashola&#8230; while another person alleges that it won\u2019t\/didn\u2019t work for them?<\/p>\n<p>You see, the problem is this:<\/p>\n<p>In reality, the thing that didn\u2019t work was <em>them!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>How can supposedly logical human beings be so delusional?<\/p>\n<p>Like I said, this fear based\/lack of action problem is worse than I\u2019ve ever seen it.<\/p>\n<p>I know why&#8230; but that\u2019s a very, very deep topic that\u2019s over most people\u2019s heads. (Long story short, we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. And brutha &#8212; or sista &#8212; we\u2019re in the beginning of the apocalypse. And if you think it\u2019s bad now, just wait for the next 3 to 5 years. It\u2019s gonna be <em>biblical<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the point of all this?<\/p>\n<p>Other than me voicing my frustration (again)&#8230; I guess my only point is this:<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not a doer and willing to implement my instruction&#8230; well, I really don\u2019t understand why you\u2019re here.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, if you <em>are<\/em> a doer and you do implement tried and true, proven-in-the-trenches instruction&#8230; and&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>You need a predictable, dependable and reliable flow of new customers&#8230; and a way to make maximum profits ASAP from those new customers&#8230; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then see the very important and urgent question <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/dobermandan.convertri.com\/new-customer-bonanza\">I asked myself on this page<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2019Cuz the answer to that question &#8212; <em>if<\/em> you are a doer &#8212; could be worth a <em>whoooooole<\/em> lotta loot for you.<\/p>\n<p>All the best,<br \/>\nDoberman Dan<\/p>\n<p>P.S. I\u2019ve been utterly fascinated as to why so many of my followers and customers <em>say<\/em> they want to start and\/or grow a business&#8230; but very, <em>very<\/em> few actually do it.<\/p>\n<p>I know the solution to this problem. But I\u2019ve been reluctant to talk about it. (For several reasons I\u2019ll reveal in an email later this week.)<\/p>\n<p>However, I plan to start revealing much more about this problem soon.
