Completely unavoidable.<\/p>\n
The fact that I believe would lead any intelligent and awake person (and there are soooooooo<\/em> few of us left these days) to ask a question.<\/p>\n The most important question in life:<\/p>\n Who are you when you do not exist?<\/p>\n Is this a ridiculous question?<\/p>\n Is it just a macabre fascination with the grave?<\/p>\n On the contrary. I think it\u2019s a fascinating question. Because the answer can never be grasped by the analytical mind.<\/p>\n Also, because you must plunge yourself completely… wholly… \u2018mind heart and soul\u2019 into the question before it can make any sense.<\/p>\n And that<\/em> means you gotta plunge entirely into nothingness instead of just struggling with the idea<\/em> of nothingness.<\/p>\n Wanna know what I think will happen if you choose to be one of the very, very, infinitesimal<\/em> few with the courage to ask this question… and consequently plunge yourself into nothingness looking for the answer?<\/p>\n The first conclusion you\u2019ll come to realize is this:<\/p>\n You\u2019re too concerned with trivialities.<\/p>\n That life is losing itself in trifles that don\u2019t deserve even one millisecond<\/em> of inspection in the face of death.<\/p>\n Which leads to a second conclusion. One of equal or possibly even greater importance:<\/p>\n We\u2019re evading our chief responsibility. The only reason we were given life in the first place.<\/p>\n To love.<\/p>\n All the best, P.S. Ya know… I seem to vacillate between two extremes.<\/p>\n Days where this existence appears to be a life of sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears where we poor banished children of Eve have been exiled…<\/p>\n And other days, experiencing equanimity, reassurance, and a profound awareness that I am thee, thou art I and we are one with He Who Is.<\/p>\n Pretty weighty stuff for a simple lil\u2019 self-educated Barberton High School \u2018push-out,\u2019 huh?<\/p>\n Listen… as much as I\u2019d like to dedicate all<\/em> my time to meditation and contemplation on these mysteries… I still gotta keep one foot in this \u201cvalley of tears.\u201d<\/p>\n
