Here\u2019s an email I got from one of my knights in the Marketing Camelot a couple days ago.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a full-time in-house copywriter. (That means he has a j-o-b.)<\/p>\n

But I coached him through my \u201cSupplement Business Blueprint<\/a>\u201d and he recently launched his own nutritional supplement business.<\/p>\n

So he\u2019s been doing both… working as a full-time copywriter and building his own supplement biz on the side the past few months.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll let him tell the story from here:<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember you mentioned that your boys at [client name redacted] were generous with their commissions. Would they be interested in hiring someone behind two big-time successful VSLs?<\/p>\n

I’m kind of poking around to see what’s out there.<\/p>\n

On a side note, my own business is running very small volume online and making about $1,500 to $2,000 profit per week.<\/p>\n

Which leads me to the question: when to break the golden handcuffs?\u201d<\/p>\n

Since I\u2019m all about teaching people how to be financially free with their own biz, his \u201con a side note\u201d comment caught my attention. This was my reply:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou bring up a good point about the golden handcuffs.<\/p>\n

Because if you get a hit with [client name redacted], those royalties are hard to walk away from.<\/p>\n

BUT… if you’re making $1,500 to $2,000 profit per week in your own business… based on my experience you’re probably leaving a bare MINIMUM of another $2,000 per week profit on the table.<\/p>\n

In reality it’s probably a lot more. (Cuz you don’t know what you don’t know.)<\/p>\n

That means you COULD have a business putting at LEAST $16k\/month in your pocket<\/a>. In a fairly short period of time if you focused on it.<\/p>\n

And have 100% equity in something you could sell for 7-figures in a few years if you’re interested in cashing out.<\/p>\n

THAT beats royalties any day.\u201d<\/p>\n

To which my knight replied:<\/p>\n

\u201cYour wisdom knows no bounds.<\/p>\n

I guess I have no more reasons to not make the leap. Except the fear and uncertainty.<\/p>\n

I talked it over (and over and over) with my wife.<\/p>\n

So now I have a firm date set. (Just need to get some stuff in order before casting off the yoke of tyranny).<\/p>\n

Exciting times…and full of fear and uncertainty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ya know, fear and uncertainty are normal.<\/p>\n

However, based on MY experience, it shows me that you\u2019re on the right track.<\/p>\n

Cuz it means you\u2019re stepping outside your comfort zone.<\/p>\n

And the big bucks are always made outside your comfort zone.<\/p>\n

Exciting times for my knight. He\u2019ll be financially free in only a matter of weeks.<\/p>\n

Making $16,000 per month only working a mere fraction of the time he used to work at his full-time job.<\/p>\n

Sound good?<\/p>\n
