Ben Settle emails his list every day.<\/p>\n

And I read every single one.<\/p>\n

He recently sent an email with the subject line \u201cYour azz belongs to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

He talked about a little exchange he had with some people on Facebook.<\/p>\n

I guess in between looking at pictures of cats (or whatever it is people do to waste their time on Facebook) there was a discussion about the Myers Briggs test.<\/p>\n

Ben said…<\/p>\n

\u201cRevealing your myers briggs stuff is all well and good, as long as everyone is crystal clear that, behind every personality type, there’s an INTJ like me pulling your strings, manipulating you, and getting you to do my bidding… without you even realizing it and even thinking it’s all your idea when really it has been mine probably for weeks, months, and even years in advance\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

THAT set off a reaction.<\/p>\n

Some people were even asking if Ben had gone crazy.<\/p>\n

Yeah… crazy like a fox.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s an example of Ben\u2019s craziness:<\/p>\n

After Ben busting my chops for years about me not emailing my list\u00a0every day, I finally gave in.<\/p>\n

And only a few months ago I started sending a daily email.<\/p>\n

Guess what happened after the first month.<\/p>\n

Nuttin\u2019 honey.<\/p>\n

I sooooo wanted to prove Ben wrong. So I told him my results.<\/p>\n

He told me to stop trying to sell surreptitiously, grow a pair and pitch in EVERY SINGLE EMAIL.<\/p>\n

Since I wanted to prove him wrong, I did exactly what he said.<\/p>\n

Guess what happened after two more weeks of daily emails… but this time with a blatant pitch in every email.<\/p>\n

Nuttin\u2019 honey.<\/p>\n

So I kept doing it. \u2018Cuz I couldn\u2019t wait to tell Ben his system failed.<\/p>\n

But guess what happened two weeks later.<\/p>\n

The floodgates were opened.<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m happy to say that the number of knights in the Marketing Camelot has never been higher.<\/p>\n

Ben Settle, ya big beautiful bastard. I soooooo wanted to prove you wrong.<\/p>\n

But dammit… your email system worked.<\/p>\n

Sure, it took a while to get it tweaked and build some momentum. But it\u2019s now generating a steady, predictable and reliable flow of new knights into my Marketing Camelot.<\/p>\n

I shoulda done this when Ben first told me about it YEARS ago.<\/p>\n

Gawd knows how much money I\u2019ve missed out on because I didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

You really need to study the email marketing Jedi mind tricks Ben reveals in his Email Players newsletter…<\/p>\n

I\u2019m just sharing it with you for two reasons:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0It\u2019s excellent and it\u2019s making me a lot of money.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0I don\u2019t have a scarcity mindset.<\/p>\n

In other words, I don\u2019t believe that promoting Ben\u2019s newsletter to the people on my list is going to negatively affect enrollment in my own membership program and newsletter, The Marketing Camelot.<\/p>\n

Ben\u2019s newsletter is something I believe in so I wanted to share it with you.<\/p>\n

Simple as that.<\/p>\n

(Ben, I\u2019m not breaking your rule of pitching in every email. I DID pitch. \u00a0I just pitched YOUR newsletter… probably much to your surprise.)<\/p>\n

Look, I\u2019m not gonna lie to you and tell you that doing an email every day is a walk in the park.<\/p>\n

There are some nights when I\u2019m sitting in the family room with my wife at midnight, staring at my laptop half asleep, wondering what the hell I\u2019m going to write for tomorrow\u2019s email.<\/p>\n

But I do it.<\/p>\n

\u2018Cuz I made a commitment to do it.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s worth it.<\/p>\n

Listen, I\u2019ve heard all the objections for not sending a daily email. Hell, I said them all myself.<\/p>\n

But I tried it and now I\u2019m a believer.<\/p>\n

Try it. You\u2019ve got nothing to lose.<\/p>\n
