I\u2019ve discovered some pretty amazing customer retention secrets.<\/p>\n

It was out of necessity.<\/p>\n

The supplement biz I started in 2004 was a revolving door. As fast as I got \u2018em in the door, they went out
\nalmost as fast.<\/p>\n

That meant little to no profit in my pocket.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s about 10x\u2019s worse nowadays since customer acquisition costs have soared in just about every market.<\/p>\n

So I had to figure out really fast how to get \u2018em to stick around.<\/p>\n

And I did.<\/p>\n

I eventually got my supplement auto-ship \u201cstick rate\u201d up to an average of 5 months… when the industry
\naverage was less than 2 months.<\/p>\n

I further refined my \u201cstick program\u201d when I started the Marketing Camelot.<\/p>\n

And I have a stick rate UNHEARD OF in this niche.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s 7 times better than the industry average… at a price point \u00a03x\u2019s higher than most membership programs.<\/p>\n

And my stick rate keeps climbing higher and higher each time I check it every 6 months.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s kinda funny because most of my stick secrets seem to pass totally under the radar.<\/p>\n

A couple of the coolest little secrets are two things I do after getting a new order.<\/p>\n

One of these secrets is something I\u2019ve only seen one other person do. The guy who taught it to me, Gary

The other secret is something I include in the fulfillment package. And I\u2019ve never seen ANYBODY do
\nthis.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a subtle little psychological thang. But the results have been amazing.<\/p>\n

A smart marketer would be as observant as possible about my order fulfillment process and figure out how to adapt it to his own business.<\/p>\n

Because it can be the difference between keeping your customers a LOT longer… and being a LOT more
\nprofitable…<\/p>\n
