Ya know I put butter in my coffee, right?<\/p>\n

Well, you WOULD know about that little morning mental boosting secret…<\/p>\n

…and a whole SLEW of other moneymaking and life changing secrets…<\/p>\n

…IF you were a knight in the Marketing Camelot<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Anyhoo, I\u2019ve been doing a variation of high fat coffee for decades.<\/p>\n

I used to use heavy cream in my coffee. Learned that from the \u201cIron Guru\u201d, Vince Gironda, back in the early 80\u2019s.<\/p>\n

He was a big proponent of a high saturated fat intake back when high fat wasn\u2019t cool.<\/p>\n

So when I found Dave Asprey and saw he was endorsing buttered coffee, I immediately knew the value of it.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s a slippery path.<\/p>\n

A gateway drug.<\/p>\n

Soon, just butter in my coffee wasn\u2019t enough anymore.<\/p>\n

I used butter and pure organic virgin coconut oil.<\/p>\n

Then even THAT wasn\u2019t enough.<\/p>\n

I added heavy whipping cream to the mix.<\/p>\n

The \u201ctrio of doom\u201d… butter, coconut oil and heavy cream.<\/p>\n

Mmmmm…<\/p>\n

At that point, I was insatiable.<\/p>\n

I even added MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil.<\/p>\n

So the \u201ctrio of doom\u201d became the \u201cquartet of calamity.\u201d<\/p>\n

For most mere mortals that would be a virtual orgasmic oral orgy.<\/p>\n

But not me.<\/p>\n

I was hooked. And I wanted MORE.<\/p>\n

And it kept getting worse.<\/p>\n

I started adding bacon grease…<\/p>\n

…beef tallow…<\/p>\n

…ice cream scoop-sized\u00a0servings of lard…<\/p>\n

…whale blubber…<\/p>\n

…any and all saturated animal fats\u00a0I could get my greasy little hands on.<\/p>\n

Soon, even THAT wouldn\u2019t satisfy my lust for lard.<\/p>\n

I knew I\u2019d hit rock bottom when I woke up one morning, stumbled to the coffee pot and put an entire pig into my coffee cup.<\/p>\n

(The pig loved it. Wallowed around in pure delight. I think he may have even defecated in my coffee. Gave it an interesting flavor though.)<\/p>\n

Ha! Just having a little fun this morning.<\/p>\n

But I DO drink coffee with butter, coconut oil and a splash of heavy whipping cream.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Because combined with certain dietary \u201chacks\u201d and a special nutrient often referred to as \u201c200 mg of Zen\u201d, this combination forces your brain into an elevated state known as the \u201calpha state.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the ideal state for squeezing the extra mental edge out of your brain.<\/p>\n

It fine tunes your brain and nervous system for any kind of speed learning or\u00a0speed reading…<\/p>\n

…and practically FORCES your brain into the maximum creativity\u00a0zone.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s what I do when I need to come up with breakthrough marketing and copy ideas.<\/p>\n

The ones that CRUSH long-standing controls and pull in millions.<\/p>\n
