(Seriously, I believe you about North American diets and sugar. When I first came to Canada from Scotland, I could actually *taste* added sugar in the most surprising foods - breads, tomato sauce, fruit &quot;juice...)

Thanks for writing about it - that was an eye opener in spite of my habitual &quot;cut the sugar&quot; lifestyle.</description>
