I'm actually quite surprised to hear it was emblazoned in the floor of a PUBLIC school. I imagine back then when it was first installed they still held their students to a high standard. Not so much nowadays. BTW, I graduated from public school in '83 and can attest to the fact that the standards are pretty low. After, they let ME graduate... and I only majored in band and girl watching. :) So Eben plays guitar, huh? I didn't know that. A guitar duel would be fun. I'd love to meet the guy.
