Dear Friend,
Listen up cuz this is really important.
I know this message may be "off topic" since it's not about marketing
or copywriting... but it's MY newsletter so I can write about anything
I want!
But seriously, I'm going to reveal some really valuable health info
today.
Look, what good is it to have a successful business and make a ton of
money if your health is bad and you always feel crappy.
What
I'm about to reveal is truly a matter of life and death...
Just making one small change in your eating
habits can almost immediately
help you...
- Improve
your overall sense of well-being and just plain FEEL better...
- Beat
depression and feel more optimistic...
- Have
more energy...
- Lose
ugly body fat...
- And
improve your sex drive!
I've taught members of my inner circle group that refined sugar is bad
for not only your appearance but your health, too. Tooth decay,
diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and even more bad stuff.
And high fructose corn syrup is even WORSE! That stuff is straight from
the devil himself. It's clinically proven to be more addictive than
cocaine... and the food industry puts it in practically
EVERYTHING!
But it gets worse. Did you know refined sugar and high fructose corn
syrup can kill your love life?
A study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation shows that high levels
of glucose and fructose can deactivate the gene that controls the
amount of sex hormones in your blood.1
This study revealed that when glucose and fructose are metabolized by
the liver it deactivates the SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) gene.
Why is SHBG so important? It regulates the amounts of testosterone and
estrogen floating around in your bloodstream.
Without SHBG to regulate those hormones, your sex hormones get all
screwed up... which in men can lead to impotence, depression and low
libido.
For women the effects are WORSE. In addition to diabetes (which can
also significantly decrease a woman's libido), low SHBG levels can
cause infertility, polycystic ovaries, acne and uterine cancer.1 2
To maintain good sexual health, one of the first things you should do
is avoid all sugar.
And the easiest way to immediately cut your sugar intake is to quit ALL
soft drinks, juices and anything with fructose. You'll see fructose
labeled as HFCS or "high fructose corn syrup". They're
putting it in practically EVERYTHING these days.
Gee, do you think there's some kind of conspiracy to keep us all fat,
unhealthy and depressed?
That way you could keep everybody on drugs like anti-depressants, blood
pressure meds, insulin and viagra.
Hmmm... who would stand to make a lot of money from that?
Wouldn't it be a lot easier and cheaper to simply stop consuming sugar,
HFCS and other high glycemic carbohydrates?
Just a thought.
Anyhooo... here's my recommendation:
Soda (or "pop" as we called it in the midwest) and all those drinks
with sugar and HFCS are just plain dangerous... PERIOD!
Drink water instead. I try to drink only purified water because
anything else will probably contain chemicals that will also put your
sexual health at risk.
If you're using artificial sweeteners... stop. Stay away from any and
all products containing chemical artificial sweeteners as they can also
create health problems. (That includes diet soda and drinks like "Diet
Snapple.")
Instead, use Stevia, an all-natural herbal sweetener with no side
effects. It's about eight times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a
long way.
I gotta run. I just wanted to share a quick secret that can almost
IMMEDIATELY improve your health.
We'll get back to money-making stuff next issue.
All the best,
Doberman Dan
P.S.
If you've been consuming the SAD (Standard American Diet... which
really is "sad" by the way) there is a good chance that you have
developed an addiction to high glycemic carbohydrates like sugar and
high fructose corn syrup.
Just so you're prepared for it... if you are addicted, you're going to
experience withdrawal symptoms as soon as you stop consuming them.
It may not be easy to give up this stuff... but here's an opportunity
to show what you're made of.
Just exercise some self-discipline (which seems to be EXTREMELY rare
nowadays) for 14 to 21 days. After that, the cravings for those poisons
should subside and you'll be through the worst of it.
I did it. It was slightly unpleasant at times... but DEFINITELY worth
it.
You can do it, too. I believe in you.
Why not start right now?
Trust me... you'll thank me for it.
